Featuring locally made tortilla’s from the Pilsen Neighborhood, Staytion at Renaissance Chicago Downtown is creating Thanksgiving inspired tacos with turkey and cranberry foam, on Tuesday November 21st from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. These delicious, locally-made El Milagro Tortilla shells are stuffed with cider-brined turkey breast, cilantro-lime mascarpone spread, pickled vegetables and garnished with a cranberry foam and pair perfectly with a specialty Pilsen Mescal cocktail.
