Located in Columbus’ city’s vibrant Short North Arts District, the 135-room boutique hotel is owned by the Pizzuti Family, world-renowned art collectors and the driving force behind the Pizzuti Collection, a nonprofit organization presenting temporary exhibitions of contemporary art from the collection of Ron and Ann Pizzuti.
In conjunction with the hotel team and the corporate PR department, we secured a number of local, regional, and national media for the hotel’s opening, as well as coordinated walk-throughs of the hotel and interviews with the Pizzuti family.
Press Coverage: National press included a full page spread in the March print issue of Meetings & Conventions, FORBES, CNN, ABC News SUITE OF THE WEEK, Successful Meetings, and Midwest Meetings. Local press included the #1 Daily the Columbus Dispatch, Columbus Bride Magazine, Columbus Alive, and Columbus Business First.
Luxury Publications: We secured coverage of the property with photos in luxury publications included JetSet Magazine, Luxury Travel Magazine, Hotel Design, and more.
Event Planning: In addition to garnering a wealth of press for the grand opening, we planned the launch of the hotel’s First Night event, which included live entertainment, local and international Unlock Art artists, and key art and travel writers to cover the property.
