WHAT WE DID
ROOH Chicago is an upscale Indian restaurant making waves in the West Loop after finding much success in San Francisco and New York.
When Heron Agency partnered with ROOH, we knew Instagram would be the ideal platform for this restaurant in order to look for brand loyalists and future patrons. With that in mind, the restaurant’s goal was to gain high-quality followers that maintained engagement up until the grand opening date on May 22nd.
RESULTS WE GOT
In less than five months, ROOH Chicago grew by 2,394 followers and garnered 136,000 impressions.
As part of our process, we dug into the industry to find the influencer accounts our audience was most interested in. These accounts aren’t always direct or even industry competitors, but are related to our target audience in one way or another. This technique allowed us to hone in on the followers of those accounts where we executed our strategy of audience generation and targeted engaging. By maintaining a steady level of engagement with other accounts and consistently posting curated content, we were able to grow by an average of 480 followers per month.
