WHAT WE DID

Upon becoming the agency of record for one of the nation’s premiere lifestyle hotels, Heron Agency hit the ground running. In the first year of representation alone, we developed strategies to impact the hotel itself, its restaurants, State and Lake Chicago Tavern and ROOF on theWit, as well as the spa, Spa@theWit. We have been able to secure a constant stream of high-level media for the popular destination, keeping the hotel top-of-mind as new properties continually opened around it during Chicago’s hotel boom.

Right out of the gate, we were able to secure coverage for the hotel with CRAIN’S CHICAGO BUSINESS, CHICAGO TRIBUNE, RED EYE, HOTEL F&B, CS MEN’S BOOK, MICHIGAN AVENUE MAGAZINE, BRIDES, TIME OUT, ECOSALON, FOX 32, ABC 7, WGN-TV, WCIU, WBBM Radio and WGN Radio. By leveraging the hotel’s popular Chefs, Toni Roberts and Nathan Sears, we were additionally able to obtain coverage in PEOPLE, USA TODAY, EATER, ATERIET, DELISH, and more.
