Illinois St., is hosting a four-course fireworks dinner beginning at 7:30 p.m. Located along the river offering a breathtaking escape from the hustle and bustle, guests will be treated to antipasto, a Pear and Prosecco salad and diner’s choice between boneless short rib or maple glazed salmon.
