One Hyatt, Then Half the Map
Noreen served as Public Relations Director of Hyatt Regency Chicago, and as such, served on its Executive Committee providing her with a unique view of how to contribute to an organization's return on investment. When she left Hyatt to form her own agency, Hyatt Hotels created a new role with a request: manage the Public Relations for half of Hyatt's domestic portfolio. Heron Agency provided results that were impossible to ignore. The agency has now gone on to having represented over 90 hotel brands.

With more than 90 years of history, we helped grow the Chicago Boat Show into a beloved city tradition, driving attendance to an all-time high and increasing exposure from 350M+ impressions in 2018 to 3.8B+, with impressions continuing to increase year over year. The success of the Chicago campaign earned the team’s trust and expanded our work to include other shows in their portfolio across the country.
We launched Joe & The Juice's Streeterville location with a hyperlocal strategy spanning Public Relations, grassroots marketing and influencer relations, targeting key audiences including nearby nurses, residents and office workers. Following the success of the Chicago launch, our work expanded nationally to support major U.S. announcements, openings and high-profile partnerships with names including Jay Shetty and Alice Mushrooms.
When Supertri acquired the Chicago Triathlon, we became the Chicago Agency of Record, helping establish the global brand in the U.S. through a high-impact media campaign that generated 740M+ impressions in the first year alone. As Supertri continued expanding its U.S. footprint through additional race acquisitions, our partnership grew with it, now representing their entire domestic portfolio of races spanning Austin, New Jersey, Long Beach and Kerrville.
What started as strong results secured for Chicagoland locations has expanded into a multi-market annual partnership, applying the same strategic approach to Jet's locations across the country.
