On Saturday, November 19th, the hospital will host its annual Turkey giveaway giving up to 250 turkeys to those who attend. No registration is required. Located in a stunning landmark, Chicago Firehouse Restaurant invites you to join them on Thursday, November 24th to celebrate Thanksgiving! From 11:30 a.m. to 6:45 p.m., diners will have a selection from a delectable three-course meal, featuring classic Thanksgiving dishes such as butternut squash soup, apple and blue cheese salad, lobster bisque, stuffing, mashed potatoes, and most importantly, traditional Thanksgiving turkey. Dessert selections include pumpkin and apple pie, plus delicious à la carte additions and family-style sides can be added on. Kiddos will be treated to a classic meal of chicken tenders and french fries. Available from 5 pm – 8 pm, the meal will start with a delicious Roasted Acorn Squash Soup, followed by a Maple Brined Amish Turkey and Patatas Machaconas, Chorizo and Vidalia onion Dressing, Roasted Green beans with Piquillo peppers and corn nut crunch, along with Fig and Golden Raisin Cranberry Sauce.
