Last night, our team was thrilled to present an event celebrating our client, Sky Terrace Rooftop Lounge, located sixteen stories above the bustling Streeterville city streets. The Sky Terrace Rooftop Lounge, 233 E. Ontario Street, is one of Chicago’s hidden gem rooftop venues and sits atop the Ivy Hotel, a boutique, contemporary all-suites hotel. It was Jeremy Piven’s choice when he stayed in town last week. We all know that Chicago’s summer is July through October, so a mid-season party seemed to be in order and the press agreed. The open-air rooftop boasts incredible views of downtown Chicago and offers guests a comprehensive menu of handcrafted cocktails, beer, wine as well as a diverse menu of delicious shareables, salads, sandwiches and main dishes
With a variety of refreshing cocktails including the Amaranthine, which features Jalapeno pepper paired with grapefruit vodka, fresh cucumber and a splash of sweet elderflower and Astaire, made with whiskey, muddled strawberry, grenadine, lime juice ginger ale and blackberry liquor among others, the rooftop lounge offers guests the opportunity to cool off and sip on something special.
This season, Sky Terrace Rooftop Lounge’s menu will feature a mix of classic favorites including a Charcuterie Board, Hummus Tray, Wings and other shareables for visitors to enjoy. For those looking to try something new, inventive plates including Pan-Fried Calamari & Jalapeno will be offered as well as Honey Beef Lettuce Wraps, a Buffalo Chicken Burger, Sweet Chili Chicken Skewers and more. For guests with a summer sweet tooth, Home-Made Carrot Cake and a scrumptious Cookie Sundae will be available.
